We aim to get your glasses to you as quickly as possible:
- Non-prescription styles (bue light glasses, sunglasses) usually arrive in 1–3 days.
- Single-vision prescription glasses (including prescription sunglasses) usually take around 3–4 days, but not more than a week.
- More advanced lenses, such as progressives, are custom-made and may take 3–6 weeks. You’ll always see the estimated delivery time when choosing these lenses.
And if there’s ever a delay, we’ll contact you directly with clear next steps.
Yes, you can return many glasses free of charge within 14 days. This includes:
- Non-prescription glasses (including sunglasses);
- Blue light glasses;
- Single-vision corrective glasses with standard lenses (no thinning), including sunglasses,
Custom-made lenses cannot be returned, such as:
- Single-vision corrective lenses with thinning (marked as “premium” lenses);
- Progressive lenses, including progressive sunglasses
These non-returnable options are always clearly labeled during the lens selection process, so you’ll know in advance before placing your order.
Please note: the 14-day return right applies only to private customers, not to legal entities.
We offer several lens options to suit different needs:
- Single-vision lenses – included in the price of every frame, perfect for everyday use
- Blue-light filter lenses – reduce eye strain from screens
- Tinted lenses – for sun protection and style
- Progressive lenses – seamless correction for both near and distance vision
Blue light lenses have a special filter that reduces the blue light emitted by screens such as computers, phones, and TVs. This helps ease eye strain, dryness, and fatigue, especially after long hours in front of screens. You can add a blue light filter to prescription glasses, or choose non-prescription blue light glasses if you simply want extra eye protection.
